Q. What information do you require to set up my web hosting account?
A. We will require details of the domain or domains you wish to be hosted, Name & address. Please read our Terms of Services section carefully to help you know more about the services terms we require.
Q. What information will I receive once the web hosting is set up?
A. We will send you a Welcome email that will provide you with all the instructions necessary to logon to your control panel in the client area, and once the payment is confirmed and the invoice is assigned as PAID. We will set-up your account and receive the second email to start to upload your website.
Q. Do you allow adult content or night club sites?
A. No, we do not allow any adult content websites or websites for night clubs or even in some pages of a site or even an advert. A clear guideline can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Q. Do you allow gambling or casino websites?
A. Illegal websites such as pornography, erotic, sex, adult contents, night clubs, super night clubs, gambling, casino, poker or such equivalent websites are not allowed and completely forbidden. You're website will be monitored by our system and once found any illegal and adults content, your account will be suspended and your site will be blocked. A. Yes. All we need is the domain name to set-up your web hosting account.

Q. If I want to transfer my domain name to another company, what do I need to do?
A. You will need to login to your account and go to My Domains and you will be able to view your EPP code (Domain Transfer Security Code) Then you will be asked for this when you sign up your transfer on your new ISP.
Q. How long does it take to transfer a domain?
A. Once the transfer has been submitted, it can take anywhere from 4-10 Days.
Q. Can I have more than one domain pointing to my website?
A. Yes. You can have more than one domain on your account if you have a plan with add-on domains

Q. How do I renew my domain name?
A. You will be notified by email reminders 60, 40 and 5 days before it expires to the email address you placed with your original order. Please contact us if you want to renew your domain name.

A. This may depend on which service your are signed up with, these details are sent to you on signup and you can also request another copy of your welcome email at any time.

A. Yes we do but you will need to buy your own dedicated IP address from us.
